The TalassureMX Selection Report is a complete comparison of a candidate to a specific success pattern for the purposes of hiring. This report includes the candidate's scores as compared to the selected success pattern, as well as interview questions targeted to each scale specifically. New in this version is the addition of interview questions for scales in which the candidate falls within the pattern, as opposed to only being generated when their scores are outside the pattern.
The TalassureMX Selection Report is a complete comparison of a candidate to a specific success pattern for the purposes of hiring. Included in this version is the Sales element, which provides Hiring Managers with additional information relating to the sales qualities of the candidate.
TalassureMX Selection Leadership
This report is written for the Hiring Manager to be used in all placement decisions. The report identifies how well a candidate will fit into any given position. This report provides appropriate interview questions on scales where the individual scored outside the pattern and insights to the types of behavior that can be expected from the individual in the workplace. This report includes the Leadership dimension.
This one page report displays how well the members of a designated team or group align with the team leader. A team can consist of 3 – 25 team members. It reports only on the Thinking Style and Personality scales. This information is useful when managing or creating teams.
